Hi, I’m Shreyas.

I lead teams, design systems,
and build the software behind them.

I’m Shreyas K S, a co-founder, technical lead, and software architect. I lead teams and stay close to the code, taking systems from design through implementation.

My work spans Rust libraries, blockchain infrastructure, and developer tools—from TOON’s Rust implementation and DIVE to Arkeo and ICON’s bridge and IBC integrations. I’ve also worked on DAW Buddy, building desktop tools for music producers.

I write to work through what I’m learning and share the decisions behind what I build. INVARIANT is where I explore Rust, systems, and software correctness. This site also makes room for personal notes, interests, and life beyond the projects.
